What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of receipt. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
If you decide to send something back, shipping fees are at your own expense. However, if the product you received is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we will take care of the return costs.
After we receive your package, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
How do I return an order?
To start a return, reach out to our support team at info@salo-toronto.com. We’ll provide you with a return reference number and clear instructions. Unless there is a defect or a mistake on our part, customers are responsible for the return postage.
What are the delivery charges?
All Canada orders come with free shipping.
Do you deliver outside Canada?
At this time, we only ship domestically within Canada.
How do I track my shipment?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
